Join Friends of the Livingston Library System

Do you love Livingston Parish Library? Want to support library activities and not sure how you can help? Join Friends of the Livingston Library System, or FOLLS, a 501c3 nonprofit organization with the mission to support the Livingston Library System through year-long fundraising and volunteer efforts.

The group, started in 2008 by a handful of individuals who desired to help the library, meets quarterly to discuss the best way to distribute their resources among current projects. FOLLS raises funds for the library through ongoing book sale shelves in most library locations along with weekend book sales hosted at the Denham Springs-Walker Branch twice a year. The funds go directly to the library system to support reading and literacy initiatives to benefit the community as well as to purchase new equipment.
