eBooks and eAudio Books are only available to Library patrons who have created an account with NetLibrary. To create an account, please visit one of our five branches and ask staff to assist.


The Livingston Parish Library now offers downloadable eAudiobooks & eBooks from NetLibrary.

There are hundreds of fiction and non-fiction titles from bestsellers to classics to choose from. Also included are the Pimsleur language series and the Holy Bible. New titles are added monthly. If you have a Livingston Parish Library card you can open an eAudiobooks account and start listening right away.
 

  • With your account this service can be access from any computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week by going to www.netlibrary.com or accessing it through this page.

  • Any title you pick is ready to listen to, so no holds are necessary.

  • No overdue fines -- unless they are renewed, titles cease to play after 21 days.

  • Patrons can check out up to 10 titles at one time.

  • Downloading is available without any special software, with either dial-up or a broadband Internet connection, to your computer or portable player.
