Oral History Project

In 2013, Livingston Parish Library launched the Livingston Parish Oral History Project. The goal of the Livingston Parish Oral History Project is to record one-on-one interviews with members of the Livingston Parish community in order to provide a glimpse of our area’s history to future generations.

Do you have a story to tell? Do you remember Livingston Parish back when gas was 30 cents a gallon? Did you witness the train derailment? If you’ve lived through a piece of Livingston Parish history, we want to hear about it!
