Sign up for your Library’s Summer Reading Program

This summer, you’re invited on a journey of art and creativity at your Library!

Celebrate the myriad ways in which art enriches our lives by signing up for the Livingston Parish Library’s annual Summer Reading Program, which runs May 19 – August 3.

This year’s SRP theme is Color Our World.

The Summer Reading Program is designed to engage and inspire readers of all ages. The program consists of four age groups:

  • Read-to-Me (ages 0-5)
  • Youth (ages 6-12)
  • Teens (ages 13-18)
  • Adults (ages 18 and older)

Patrons of all ages can participate by completing reading challenges and attending fun events hosted by the Library.

Don’t miss your chance to sign up for the Library’s Summer Reading Program at your local branch during our special kickoff day on Tuesday, May 27! Kids can make a fun summer reading-themed craft while caretakers handle sign-up for the entire family.

Along with receiving a registration prize when you sign up for this year’s Summer Reading Program, those who attend Kickoff Day will receive a special gift!

The Library’s Summer Reading Program is loaded with fun activities and special events for all ages. Be on the lookout for our June/July newsletter for a complete listing of all our summer events!
