SkillMill offers a complete workforce training program that rapidly prepares learners with job-ready skills and certifications to access trades careers, today. Its robust database of expert tutorials are helpful for the DIY enthusiast as well. Having trouble with your air conditioner or need to fix a leaky faucet. SkillMill has a tutorial that can walk you through the process of common, and not-so-common, home repair.

In addition to online tutorials and video, SkillMill offers immersive, online 3D simulations to facilitate learning in a hands-on environment. The field-like experience helps job seekers prepare for real-world jobs and start their trades career. The on-demand courses focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and more. Patrons can learn at their own pace and work through any course on a tablet, computer, or in virtual reality. Users can also prep for NATE, EPA 608, and OSHA 10 certification exams or retain their certification.

This new resource is limited to twenty users at any given time. To reserve your spot, complete our SkillMill reservation form. Once submitted, the library will issue login credentials for open user spots. Patrons have six weeks to use and train with SkillMill. Once the use period has ended, patrons can complete the form again to reserve another spot.

      SkillMill offers a complete workforce training program that rapidly prepares learners with job-ready skills and certifications to access trades careers, today. Its robust database of expert tutorials are helpful for the DIY enthusiast as well. Having trouble with your air conditioner or need to fix a leaky faucet. SkillMill has a tutorial that can walk you through the process of common, and not-so-common, home repair.

      In addition to online tutorials and video, SkillMill offers immersive, online 3D simulations to facilitate learning in a hands-on environment. The field-like experience helps job seekers prepare for real-world jobs and start their trades career. The on-demand courses focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and more. Patrons can learn at their own pace and work through any course on a tablet, computer, or in virtual reality. Users can also prep for NATE, EPA 608, and OSHA 10 certification exams or retain their certification.

      This new resource is limited to twenty users at any given time. To reserve your spot, complete our SkillMill reservation form. Once submitted, the library will issue login credentials for open user spots. Patrons have six weeks to use and train with SkillMill.
