Drumming sensation Lady Chops to perform at Livingston Parish Library July 14–16

The Livingston Parish Library is bringing the beat to every branch as one-woman drumming sensation Lady Chops takes the stage July 14–16.

This high-energy performance is one of the last events of the summer lineup, so patrons are encouraged not to miss their chance to see it.

Elizabeth Vidos, also known as Lady Chops, is a talented percussionist whose past work includes performing in the hit Off-Broadway show STOMP and the New Orleans Jazz Festival.

This summer, Lady Chops is bringing Broadway to the library! Experience musicals firsthand with a variety of percussion instruments like hand drums and shakers for kids to join in and play! Kids will learn basic rhythms and movement through the joy of music.

This family-friendly show is part of the Library's Summer Reading Program, which runs through August 2. Admission is free and open to the public.
