Trick or treat at the Library: Livingston Parish Library to host annual ‘Haunted Library’ on Oct. 31

The Livingston Parish Library invites the community to the annual Haunted Library, a family-friendly Halloween celebration, on Saturday, October 31.

The Haunted Library will run from 6-8 p.m. at the Main Branch, located at 20390 Iowa Street in the Town of Livingston. This is open to all ages, and there is no cost to attend.

During this event, rooms throughout the library will be transformed with Halloween decorations, creating a spooky setting for guests of all ages to explore. Candy stations will be set up along the way, and library staff in costume will help bring the haunted experience to life.

“The Haunted Library is a chance for families to enjoy Halloween together in a fun, welcoming setting,” said Livingston Parish Library Director Scott Kleinpeter. “Our staff always puts a lot of thought and creativity into turning the library into something unforgettable for this special event, and we can’t wait to share it with the community.”
