Please use this form to apply for participation in the Livingston Parish Library's 9th Annual Comic Con Vendor Market.

Be sure to read through the information below before submitting your request. 

  • There are no fees or charges for participation in Comic Con. 
  • Applying does not guarantee acceptance; applicants will be contacted to confirm participation. Library events are family-friendly; we reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet LPL's standards.   
  • All submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. All applicants will be notified of their application status by Friday, February 16, 2024. 
  • The Comic Con Vendor Market is an attraction with limited electrical accommodations. Please make plans to meet your own electrical needs.
  • All participating vendors will receive a designated spot in our event market. Due to limitations upon indoor space, some vendors may be offered an outdoor spot under a market tent provided by the Library. Inside space will be filled first. The Library will provide one (1) table and two (2) chairs for each participating vendor unless otherwise requested and approved. 
  • The Library will provide a hospitality area inside the branch for participants. The hospitality area will include free snacks and drinks for participants throughout the day. This area is open to participants only, not the family and friends of participants. 
  • Participants should arrive at 9:00 AM to set up for the event. Comic Con will end at 3:00 PM. To be considered for future events, participants must arrive on time and plan to stay for the duration of the event. 
  • Comic Con coordinators will send details on parking closer to the event date.
