Please use the Author Entry Form to submit your request to participate in the Livingston Parish Book Festival. Be sure to read through the information below before submitting your request. 
  • All participating authors will receive a designated area in 'Author's Row' at the Book Fest. The Library will provide one (1) table and two (2) chairs for each author unless otherwise requested. Participating authors are responsible for oversight of their tables at all times.
  • Authors are allowed to sell books they've authored at the Book Fest. All money handling must be done by the author or Cavalier House Books. The Library WILL NOT assist with any sales.
  • The Library will provide a hospitality area inside the branch for all participants. The hospitality area will include light snacks and drinks for participants throughout the day. This area is open to participants only, not the family and friends of participants.
  • Participants should plan to arrive by 10:30 am to set up for the event. The Book Festival will end at 3:00 pm. To be considered for future events, participants must arrive on time and plan to stay for the duration of the festival.
  • Book Fest coordinators will send details on parking closer to the event date.
  • All submissions must be received by Friday, September 30.
  • Applying does not guarantee acceptance. You will be contacted by a member of the Book Fest committee to confirm the status of your application by October 5, 2022.
