
The Livingston Parish Library's Denham Springs-Walker Branch will serve as one of two early voting sites in Livingston Parish for the 2024 open primary/presidential/congressional election.
Early voting for the Nov. 5 election will run from Friday, October 18 through Tuesday, October 29 (excluding Sunday, October 20, and Sunday, October 27).
Polls for early voting will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily.
Registered Livingston Parish voters may cast their ballots at one of two early voting sites:
- The Livingston Parish Registrar of Voters Office, located at 20400 Government Blvd.
- The Denham Springs-Walker Library, located at 8101 U.S. Hwy. 190
Early voting booths at the Denham Springs-Walker Branch will be located in the branch’s East Meeting Room. Those voting at the Denham Springs-Walker Branch are encouraged to park in the parking lot accessible from Eden Church Road and enter the branch through the entrance near the Computer Lab.
When voting early, voters will be asked to identify themselves with either a photo ID or signature on a voter affidavit. They may use a Louisiana driver’s license, a Louisiana special identification card, a U.S. military identification card that contains their name and picture or other generally recognized picture identification card that has their name and signature.
Voters will go to their normal polling locations on Election Day.
