Come to the library and learn the age-old art of paper quilling. Quilling is a process of rolling, folding, and creasing small strips of paper using simple instruments. By adding different shapes and colors together, we will create lovely, filigree ornaments, just in time for holiday decorating. Join us and learn this unique process for yourself. (For ages 18+).
