Denham Springs-Walker Branch to serve as early voting site for 2023 Gubernatorial Election
The Livingston Parish Library's Denham Springs-Walker Branch will serve as one of two early voting sites in Livingston Parish for the 2023 Louisiana Gubernatorial Election.
Early voting for the Oct. 14 Primary Election will run Sept. 30 – Oct. 7, while early voting for the Nov. 18 General Election will run Nov. 3-11.
Early voting for the Nov. 18 General Election is being advanced one day for Veterans Day.
Polls for early voting will be open from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily, but they will be closed on Sundays.
Registered Livingston Parish voters will make their selections at two early voting sites:
- The Livingston Parish Registrar of Voters Office, located at 20400 Government Blvd.
- The Denham Springs-Walker Library, located at 8101 U.S. Hwy. 190
When voting early, you will be asked to identify yourself with either a photo ID or signature on a voter affidavit. You may use a Louisiana driver’s license, a Louisiana special identification card, a U.S. military identification card that contains your name and picture or other generally recognized picture identification card that has your name and signature.
Voters will go to their normal polling locations on Election Day.
